Mais pas d’inquiétude (ongoing)

This photography project revolves around the theme of "time," delving deeply into the intricate relationship between humans and time in modern urban life. In the fast-paced rhythm of contemporary living, our freedom is gradually eroded as time flows like water. The pursuit of certainty often leaves us feeling overwhelmed by the inherent uncertainties of life.

People today find themselves engulfed in various pressures, with the pace and content of their lives largely dictated by external forces rather than self-determination. This loss of agency prompts an intriguing question: is it possible for time to pause for just one second? Within that single second, could we fully control our emotions and lives? Is such a sense of mastery over life truly attainable?

This project draws inspiration from a line by Françoise Sagan: "My favorite pastime is letting time pass, having time, taking hold of time, wasting time, racing against time." Through this photographic endeavor, we aim to capture and present those fleeting yet profoundly meaningful moments, inviting viewers to reevaluate their relationship with time and to experience a sense of freedom and control, even if only for a brief instant.
